Frequently Asked Questions About Our Self-Paced Classes

Here are quick solutions to the most common questions our learners have about self-paced classes.
1. I'm having trouble with my course. I can't move to the next lesson or access the final quiz. What should I do?
This issue usually happens when a slide hasn’t been fully completed. Be sure to finish all the requirements on your current slide—this may include clicking buttons, selecting options, or visiting specific links.
If you’ve completed everything and still can’t move forward, try the following steps:
Step 1: Switch Devices
If you’re using a mobile device, try logging out and switching to a laptop or desktop. Some mobile devices may not have enough memory to run quizzes and lessons smoothly all at once.
Step 2: Try a Different Browser

If you’re using Microsoft Edge, try switching to Google Chrome for a better experience. (https://www.google.com/chrome/)

Step 3: Clear Your Browser Cache
Sometimes, cookies and cached data can cause issues. Here’s how to troubleshoot:

No specific qualifications are needed. Our courses are designed to be accessible to everyone. As long as your court or probation officer allows you to take an online course, you’re good to go. We recommend confirming with the court that online classes are accepted in your case before enrolling.
This can happen in two situations:

Situation 1. If you’ve fully completed your course but didn’t receive the certificate via email, it could be due to a technical issue. In this case, you can easily download your certificate by following these steps:

Situation 2. Sometimes users get logged out during the course, and when they log back in, they may think they’ve completed the course, even though some lessons or the final quiz are still incomplete. So, in this situation, please make sure that all lessons and the final quiz are 100% completed. Only then will you be able to download your certificate or receive it via email.

Yes, you will receive a Certificate of Completion immediately after finishing your course at no extra charge. It will be sent to your email, and you can also download it yourself by following the steps mentioned in Question 3.
We provide an official Certificate of Completion that you can download and submit directly to the court or your probation officer as proof.
You can easily change your name by following these steps:

After completing the quiz, there will be a conclusion page at last where you’ll need to enter the Certificate Holder Name. This name will be displayed on your certificate.

If you notice any typos or need to update the name, please fill out the form on this page, and our support team will make the necessary corrections and get back to you promptly.
The course is self-paced, so you can complete it as quickly or slowly as you’d like. Many students finish in less time than the hours listed on the certificate. For example, if you take a 16-hour course and complete it in less time, your certificate will still show 16 hours, as that’s the official duration assigned to the course. This applies to all course durations.
